Sonic highlights from my winter field recording trip to Mount Nancy in the White Mountain National Forest, NH, USA.

Although I only spent one night at this location, the solitude I experienced deep in the winter wilderness after 8" of snow was truly magical.

I was prepared to stay for two more nights, but with temperatures plummeting below 0°F, my camping gear just wasn't up to the task.

I am very much looking forward to visiting this area again in other seasons to capture how their soundscapes change throughout the year.
